1. Does PicShrink upload my photos to any server?
No. All image processing (resizing, cropping, and compression) is performed entirely local on your device. Your photos never leave your phone.
2. What photo formats are supported?
PicShrink supports standard image formats including JPEG, PNG, and HEIC.
3. The app is crashing or not saving images. What should I do?
Please ensure that you have granted PicShrink permission to access and write to your Photo Library. You can check this in your device's Settings under PicShrink > Photos.
If you encounter any bugs, have questions, or want to suggest new features for PicShrink, please feel free to reach out. We typically respond within 24–48 hours.
